30 Day Health & Fitness Challenge- The Mom Bod! Day 16

Today’s tip should go without saying, but if I need to hear it sometimes, I’ll assume you do to!

Day 16:
Eat more veggies! Such a simple concept but sometimes one we neglect, so fill those plates and bellies up with as many yummy, colourful, vitamin-packed, but calorie-lax, vegetables that you can. You should include veggies with every meal that you eat. So throw some in a stir-fry, on the grill, in the oven, steam ’em, or just eat them raw.

Bonus:
A piece of fruit is often a great snack, but so is a plate full of sliced cucumbers, tomatoes, celery, carrots and jicama. I also love kale chips, so simple to make too, a little oil, salt and pepper in the oven at 300F for 25 minutes, bam! Healthy chips!
