Day 23:Get your morning cardio on! First thing in the morning, as soon as you wake up, pull out those trainers and sweat. Also known as fasted-cardio, it is an old concept (with a new name), and is believed to kickstart your metabolism for the day and put your body in fat-burning overdrive. Whether the latter is true or not, I can attest to the benefits of squeezing in a workout before doing anything else. The most important, is that it elevates my mood instantly, for the entire day. I always found I’m a much happier person when I’ve worked out in the morning. Also, doing something healthy and beneficial to your fitness and health goals bright and early, encourage you to make healthier choices throughout the day. So even if you use the morning’s for your yoga routine, you’ll benefit from the commitment.

Note:
You must eat breakfast within an hour of waking, so don’t overdo it, and make sure to refuel asap!
